Quite apart from the obvious need to evaluate specific areas in which we can provide a service, it furnishes us with the opportunity to establish a rapport with you at the earliest possible stage. Indeed, in certain cases, a consultation might be all that is required. However, because we offer such a wide range of services, there are usually other areas in which we can make recommendations, identify needs and supply cost-effective solutions for your business. By becoming closely involved, we build on strengths and isolate weaknesses. An ongoing appraisal can lead to advice and practical help in areas such as training your staff, the use of specific software/hardware packages and recruitment. Where relevant, we can even organise events - seminars, for example - to give guidance on specific issues concerning your organisation.
