Payroll Administrator

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting a Payroll Administrator within our Payroll Bureau team to be based in Dundee. As part of the payroll team the successful candidate will undertake a range of duties on behalf of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous payroll experience, ideally within a multi-payroll environment
  • Experienced in meeting deadlines within a busy department
  • Demonstrate an up-to-date knowledge of current payroll legislation and procedures
  • Excellent IT skills and previous experience of payroll software are essential
  • You will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Accurate data entry and mathematical skills

Qualified Accountant / Audit Senior

We are looking for a qualified accountant to join our team. The role could be based in either office, and salary will be competitive and dependent on experience. Ideal candidate will be working within practice and have experience over all aspects of accountancy, be able to work well within the team and support junior members of staff.

Accounts Assistant

We have an opening within our bookkeeping / accounts support team. The role is to support clients with their bookkeeping and VAT compliance, and support accounting staff and clients with bookkeeping issues and queries. Experience and knowledge of using Xero, SAGE and Quickbooks would be preferred. Salary would be dependent on experience.
